Supplier changed the product without prior notification and poor service when raised with your company. Resolved with full refund after some unnecessary and protracted messaging.

Dear customer, According to royal mail, your order was delivered on the 20/06. Kind regards, Sanareva

Ok, l'll accept the order was delivered. l had also ordered 2 packs of the soap from Amazon and the two deliveries must have got mixed up. l'm not 100% sure l received the order from you, but l'll accept that Royal Mail said they did deliver the order. l cannot prove otherwise. Thank you for your trouble. My enquiry was totally genuine.
