Verified reviewIt was the first time that I had purchased Pasta Box glass conainers from the Pyrex Website and the description on the website is deceptive and confusing. The website shows the price of one Mug and in the detailed desription of the product it mentions that buying Three , as a set , would be a better choice , BUT , it does not show the cost of a set of three mugs, which is slightly cheaper. The website gives an impression that a Unit ( @ &15.50 ) will be a set of three mugs and appears very attractive. I had ordered four units , expecting 12 mugs but received only four. I had contacted the relationship department of Pyrex and they advised me that I should have clicked on the the "SET' option to see the cost before ordering. I was involved in lengthy correspondance and they did agree that their website display of the product was confusing for the customers and they will forward the feedback to the relevant department. I had fequested that they send me the remaining 8 mugs at no further cost to me , as expected at the point of ordering. However , the best I got , as a matter of good will, was that they would not charge me a delivery cost , should I decide to buy anything further in future . I must say that the communication was prompt all along but the response not as expected . I would strongly suggest to check the product costs on the website very carefully before ordering anything , there could be misleading and confusing costs shown for other proucts , which I have not checked . I hope it is helpful , thanks
