What do Internet users think about pyrex.co.uk ?

Pyrex is often described as practical and reliable, with customers praising fast delivery, easy ordering, and good customer service when something arrived damaged or broken. Several reviews also mention dishes and lids that fit well, are easy to clean, and are useful for cooking, freezing, storing, and air fryer use. There is some frustration too, especially with high postage costs, a missing item in one order, and a few delays or delivery issues. Some customers also note that dimensions on the website can be unclear, and one replacement jug arrived with a slightly more angular design than expected. Pyrex gathers mostly positive reviews with 1428 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.4 stars.

I easily found the Pyrex bowls on the website. I preferred the original company as I still have casseroles dating back to the ‘70s still in use. The 3 sized casseroles are exactly what I required and they have been used already, proving satisfactory. They are probably slightly more expensive than other alternative brands but my old casseroles have proved the Pyrex brand reliable..

Only part of the order delivered. Although ordered in the UK assistance is redirected to the French language web site. I was assured the full order would be delivered but there is no indication when this will happen. Given the handling of this order thus far I would not recommend pyrex.co.uk to my family or friends.

I placed an order in May and still haven’t received it and it’s now July! I have contacted customer services several times but they keep replying saying they’re not getting a reply from the relevant department. I’m not sure how that helps me. I just want a refund at this point.
