Ordered one Eiffel Tower corkscrew after creating an account and it was delivered without any problems. Love it! I purchased two of them at the Eiffel Tower for Christmas gifts and needed two more. One was purchased by creating an account, the other as a guest for which I was charged and never received.

Love the products - but the website and ordering process was a little ‘clunky' It was the same last year too. I was left wondering if my order had actually been processed. However, items arrived and they are great!
