Verified reviewI have not received Free shopping bags (3 pieces) as I ordered and also paid for them. Free shopping bags were the reason why I ordered stuff for more than 60 euro.

Thank you for your message. I'd like to clarify that only one free bag is included with orders over 60 euros. We attempted to contact you previously to better understand the issue but did not receive a response. Could you please provide us with more details so that we can assist you further? We apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible.

Dear Pylones, I would like to apologize for late answear. Since I have given some bags as a gift, I had to wait until I receive them by post office to take a photo of all of them. Where can I upload a photo? There is 3 big, 1 medium and 3 small. There is no Votre cabas Pylones offert - I ordered 3 of them for 2 euro per one. Thanks for understanding and for answear, Katarina

Verified reviewI just adore the rings in glass in different shapes and colours. The are very strong, so don't break easily. Thanks!
