Verified reviewPurchase process was simple and straightforward and I was able to get the size I needed. I was fortunate that what I ordered fit well, as UK customers can’t return goods or exchange. My delivery came in about 7 days and it was packaged nicely. Tracking was a little slow to update, but not the company’s fault. I’m really happy with my shoes and I think it would also be good if they offered shoe protector spread or something similar, as they are leather and protecting shoes helps them last longer and is this more sustainable. Overall it was a good experience and I would order again.

However, I've had a problem with orders because although the website may say some colours of styles are available, in turns out they are not and they do not have a proper system for returns. So recently I ended up having to accept a colour of shoes that they sent that was not the one I chose, albeit with a 20% discount, after a long drawn out process of trying to ascertain what was available and what was not.
