Verified reviewSadly this has not been a positive experience - mainly because it was very unclear that, should there be any issues, this product could not be returned. HAD THIS BEEN CLEAR, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE SHOES.

Thank you for the review. On the terms and conditions it is really clear that we dont accept returns from the UK. Still, You could also have asked if in doubt before ordering. Thank you!

Verified reviewAwful customer service. Trying to return for exchange and posted with all customs forms complete and they’ve refused to accept. I’m left without shoes that are somewhere in Spain!
Reply from Natural World Eco
The package came with taxes to be paid and on the Terms & Conditions it is really clear that we cant accept packages that come with import taxes to be paid. It has nothing to do with customer service. Thank you
