Verified reviewThe first page of the uk site needs to say that returns are not possible - who buys shoes without trying them on??
Reply from Natural World Eco
The absence of explicit mention on the home page strongly implies that we do not acceptreturn exchanges or refunds from the United Kingdom. Still, the terms and conditions section contains a clear explanation of our return policy. Additionally, we provide an email and telephone number where customers can inquire about whether we accept returns before placing the order. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions. Thank you!

Verified reviewUK customers should be informed that returns are not possible. This is nowhere to be seen on their website, at least, I could not see it on the returns policy. Would not buy again

Thank you for the review. It is stated on the terms and conditions section. Still, we also have an email address for customers to ask doubts they might have. Thank you!

Verified reviewGreat shoes and range of styles. Items took a while to arrive but were well packaged. A bit disappointed that you can't return or exchange from the UK. Especially as the sizing is very different to the average shoes.

Verified reviewOrdered a size 43 but shoe was much smaller than average size 43. Asked to exchange and was told no as returns from uk not accepted. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF ORDERING FRON THE UK
Reply from Natural World Eco
Sorry to hear about the size. Unfortunately it is really clear on the online store that we dont offer free returns from the UK. Thank you!

It was actually very difficult to see this unless you specifically seek it out. You had to send me the details when I originally queried this with you. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend customers from the UK using you as they will face the same problem unless they read this review.

Thank you for the reply. Usually when customers have the doubt or cant see any information they reach out to us before buying just to be sure. Thank you!
