Verified reviewThis is the second time I've ordered from them.Products always look great omline but in reality things arent right.First baseball boots I bought were grey..underwhelming and too small..a size 5..no returns allowed so i was stuck and money wasted.Second order..green pumps..also a 5..too big..definitely a 6.Again £50 wasted as I can't return them. Can't believe I made the same mistake twice.Tried to return first boots by post to Spain..cost £12 and they were returned to me undelivered.

Convenient for both city streets and light hiking in the Alps, high quality and I really like the vintage color palette. Unfortunately, these shoes cann't be found in the Czech Republic, so I tried to order it for the first time on the manufacturer’s original website. The parcel's track wasn't tracked immediately, the site's support service was in touch and very quickly helped to sort out this issue. Delivery took about a week, the size was perfect, eco-friendly packaging and the smell of fruit chewing gum were a nice bonus) I’m very pleased that the online store has a very large selection of models and there is a children’s line. Everything is perfect in details and little things, it’s a rare case when you get pleasure from a purchase)

Verified reviewThe order was placed on the 22/4/25 and its now 7/5/25.I've phone twice with no answer.The phone message was out of date and said they worked till 2pm but no-one answered even though I phoned well before that time.I've also email a couple of times to try to get parcel tracking but I have also had no response to my emails.I will cancel the order if no response in the next couple of days.This company needs to seriously get there act together.
