Shoes look good and service is good too. Bougth 2 shoes based on their size chart but were both wrong. Dont understand their size guide as my foot measures 25.5cm and acording to their chart my size would be 39, which i found odd as i normally use 40/41. I ordered a 39 and a 40 but neither of them fit so i exchanged for 41 and size was good. Definitely need to improve the size chart. Free return and free shipment of the replacement made up for the size problem but all process took almost 2 weeks.

Big choice of vegan shoes, also in unpopular sizes (like 35). I easily found the product I wanted. I had some issues with paying via PayPal but I had the option to opt out for bank transfer. Despite using the slowest payment method, my order had been quickly accepted and shipped. Customer service is very reactive. This is my 3rd purchase of Natural World shoes although first time online, since I cannot find their products where I currently live. Now I know where to find shoes that match my style, are affordable, manufactured in Europe and vegan.
