All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewthis is the most painful process i have ever been through to get an item, it is back and forth with emails just trying to send the receipt to UPS just so they can send my item even though i have already paid for shipping, i am worried this is a scam and i have spent $2000 just on the helmet😡

Hello, we shipped the product on the 9th (4 days before the estimated date of shipping) and it's normal that it takes about 5 business days to arrive in Australia. If we can help you with some missing information or documents please write us an e-mail.

Verified reviewI ordered this product not knowing this company was located in Italy. After purchasing it I was totally freaked out that I would not get my product. But the product came in 4 days and in perfect condition! I'm convinced that I got the product faster from you guys in Italy than I would have got it from a company within the United States. From now on I will not hesitate to use Motostorm. Great company!

Verified reviewGreat first experience. Communication was good, and product was delivered as expected. Will definitely start to consider Motostorm on my next moto purchases. :) Regarding the product itself, Bell Dark Iridium visor is exactly what I was looking for! As for this moment, I cannot be happier. Let's see how the mirrored finish wears out over time!
