All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI ordered mirrored blue visor, however, visor I received is nowhere near to product pictures on the website. Visor is just slightly tinted and have hint of blue to it, but mostly transparent. Not mirrored at all. Would return, but returning from UK is not feasible due to costs applied in return policy.
Reply from Motostorm.it
We are sorry you are not satisfied with the product. Images are indicative of the product and are supplied by the manufacturer - the visor is indicated in the as Mirrored and its treatment is as indicated. We offer 30 days to return products that the customer does not wish to keep.

Verified reviewGreat prices and deducted VTA for customers outside of EU. Order shipped the day it was announced, with affordable shipping cost considering the size and I've got my order in my hands on the other side of the globe the same week. Would order again.

Verified reviewNo reason to delay shipment, but the pants are of good quality, I'm 170cm, 63kg, size 44 fits well, but the waist is a bit tight
Reply from Motostorm.it
Hello, Thank you for the review. Since the product was not in stock, we had to order it to the producer. Unfortunately, shipping timing can vary depending on product availability. In addition to this, offices and warehouses were closed during Easter festivity: all these factors influenced the delay. Still, we are very glad that you are satisfied with your pants and hope to see you soon in future orders. Best regards.
