All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewMotostorm is a great place for me to order motorcycle gear that the USA doesn't have in stock. I ordered some FIVE stunt 2 gloves that were not for sale in any distributors in the United States. The item arrived quickly from Italy with accurate tracking information. The gloves arrived exactly as described on the website, and in the size that I've ordered. I highly recommend Motostorm. Will most likely buy from again. 5 out of 5 stars.

Verified reviewThe delivery performance was terrible. The jacket was finally received a month later than the promised date. Emails to them went unanswered. Phone calls resulted in polite apologies but no result.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused - the item was not in stock and it was ordered from the manufacturer and there were delays in production that caused this situation. We tried to keep you updated based on the information we were given and I apologize if it was not enough. We will try to do better.
