All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

thank you for your order ! you have ordered items indicated as shipping in 7 days on our website, but we have managed to ship earlier ! we have sent you the tracking by email on the 12th. Please check your spam if you have not found it in your inbox. The package is currently in transit, to Chile it takes average 8 days but may be delayed by customs clearance. Delivery is planned on the 22nd. Kind Regards

Verified reviewAlthough prices are competitive expect to wait an unreasonably long time for your order. Two weeks from ordering until dispatch and then a further two weeks before the items were delivered, which I find unacceptable. I’ve ordered from other companies in Italy and received my goods within less than a week in Northern Ireland. I sent several emails requesting updates and information on my order and received no response, so a definite lack of communication. In future I would prefer to pay a little extra to a more reliable and dependable company as I sincerely doubt that I will use Motostorm again.

Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase on motostorm. Unfortunately there was a stocking delay with the item you ordered from our store, it was shipped as soon as it arrived to our warehouse. We have checked our inbox history and we don't seemed to have received emails from you.

I can confirm that I sent a message through your website on 23rd May, followed by an email on 25th May at 8.20pm. Perhaps these have gone to your junk Mail folder. A message from yourselves advising me of a stocking problem and that there would be a delay in processing my order would have been appreciated and would have resulted in a more positive review.

Verified reviewOrdered the hand guards for my CB500X 2023. Shipping was fast and got the parts within 10 days in Canada. Price and customs fees were decent. Would recommend anytime to do business with motostorm internationally. The fitting chart says 2019-2021 but it fits 2022-2023 as well. Gracie Mille por tutto !
