Verified reviewI received my medal it was a wait as royal mail are not known for speed, but worth it,put in a beautiful lacy bag the miraculous heart of our lady. very clearly moulded ,also bright shiny silver which has not lost its luster, despite waring it constantly ,unlike a Scottish make I bough which once on tarnished and mouldings were far unclear to say the least, this medal is superior

Verified reviewI requested that my items be blessed and have a note saying they were blessed. I was told that would happen. It didn’t and it takes away from my gifts.
Reply from Lourdes-giftshop.com
Dear Customer, Thank you for your reply. I am sorry that you are disappointed, I confirmed per email that your items would be blessed by our catholic priest. No "certificate of blessing" exists, but maybe we can mention this fact on the delivery slip for your future orders, I will transfer your request to our shipping department. Thank you for your help and your understanding. Kind regards and blessings, Lourdes Giftshop Customer Service

Verified reviewI have found their assistance excellent, and their service and delivery of goods purchased first class, and when I have reason to ring, the lady on the phone could not be kinder, going out of her way to help, I have recommended them to quite a few of my friends, including a travel agency in my area. God Bless their continued efforts.
