Verified reviewI was very happy with my order and delivery.I will definitely purchase again, especially since I mistakenly bought tiny icons instead of larger ones but, they are still lovely and perfectly made. It served as a test purchase! Will be back. Ps the 30 page terms and conditions for the review is my only issue.

Verified reviewThe webpages were well laid out and I could find what I needed easily. ordering and paying was easy, even from outside of France. The items I ordered arrived well packaged to keep the safe and they arrived in one piece. they are beautifully made. The reason I've given 4 stars not 5 is that I didn't get was any emails at all to say the order had been received, was being processed or had been shipped and it was only when the items had arrived that I knew my order had been successful! not sure if I should have had emails or not?

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. You pretend not having received our emails, but we did send you several emails (order confirmation, invoice, tracking information) on November 26th and 27th. I suppose our emails must have landed in your spam folder, please check. Kind regards, Your Lourdes Giftshop Customer Service
