Verified reviewI checked my bank account. Funds were taken from my account for the order I placed. Received no confirmation of my order. My order was not delivered. I sent an email query about my order a month after I placed my order. 2 weeks later I still have no response. I really really dislike having to write such a review. I simply state my truth. I want to say this may be a technical issue, but that would be an assumption. One I cannot stand on.

Dear lourdes-giftshop.com team, On Wednesday 6 August 2025 I sent a message via the ‘Contact us’ page stating the experience I have had and that I had not received the items that I had ordered. This was 2 weeks ago. I have not had a response. The funds for this order were taken from my account on Monday 14 July 2025 (just over 6 weeks ago) – which can be evidenced. I believed that the ‘Contact us’ page was the customer service team. I would appreciate if you could clarify. If it is not, could you please sign post how to contact the customer service team. However, upon reflection I do believe that I have been inconvenienced enough. I had given up hence why I did not select ‘I have still not received my order’ on the review page – I had already informed your team. If you require any further information from me I am happy to provide this. I do believe that it is for your teams to sort the matter out. I have had no confirmation of an order or for a delivery.
