Verified reviewIt was an excellent experience. We had a 17 hour layover in LA and we needed a place to sleep in between flights. My husband thought we would have to rent 2 nights stays, meanwhile I was able to find that we could book a hotel during the day for a super reasonable price and it met our needs and budget.

Verified reviewThe Day Use website was reasonably easy to use. Signing up for a new account on mobile was a little tricky with viewing the verification code email and not closing the original window, but it worked on the second try.

Verified reviewEverything was fine except the booking said it was available from 9am to 6pm. They called me at 3 to let me know it was check out time and when i went to check the confirmation they were correct. that was frustrating because the confirmation didnt match the original offer. It was just weird. Other than that this is a great location with a good seafood restaurant across the street for lunch!

Verified reviewI got to the hotel and they refused to honor my reservation. I tried to call the daybreak number from my confirmation email at 5pm and got a message saying that no representatives were available. I left a message that was never returned. Horrible first experience, now making me question the legitimacy and reliability of your company/site.

Verified reviewDevious company - I had a promo code and it was not honored. I got a promo via email and it was very clear I would get a $10 discount, but when I received the final bill for a reservation, it was not. They blamed it on the hotel, but in fact, it was either poor communication to the hotel, or daybreakhotels should have just credited me $10 for the mistake. This was the second issue I incurred with the company. Be warned.

Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. As already mentioned, payments are made directly at the hotel, so we cannot issue a credit. The hotel did not apply the promo rate at check-in, which could have been flagged at the time or brought to our attention. We will ensure better communication with the property to prevent similar issues.

Verified reviewAfter an overnight flight it was great to have a place to store our luggage, have a shower and get some sleep as we had a 12 hour layover. Unfortunately, despite the do not disturb sign, we were awoken by hotel staff wanting to switch out the office chair.
