Verified reviewYou save us. We originally used Dayuse website and were schedule to. Arrive at another hotel. When we arrived they did not have s room for us. We were told they could not help us and we need to call around and find another hotel. We found Daybreak reserved another hotel. Called to confirm they had a room and we were there in 30 minutes! I turned out to be great experience.

Verified reviewThis is my second attempt writing a review. Our experience with day break hotels was disappointing. Our booking was made, but the hotel had no record. Daybreak could not be contacted to fix our issue.

Verified reviewWorst experience ever! Showed up to the hotel after receiving an emailed confirmation only to find out that the hotel didn’t have a room available for us. A quick email to customer service didn’t help at all and the issue was never resolved.

Verified reviewI arrived a little early and I was still able to check in. I didn’t know how long the disembarkation process was going to take with my cruise but it went so seamless. I arrived at the hotel and explained my circumstance and the Agent said no worries and I was able to enjoy Miami for half the day.
