Verified reviewThe shifter was jamming inside the ratchet I have managed to free it with a lubricant this should not happen with a new product. But because of your returns policy only i will no longer be requiring your services in the future.

Hello Terence, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about your experience with us. This type of feedback allows us to identify what we are doing well and in which aspects we need to have a look at to improve our customers' experience. We are aware of the return costs and continually reflect on them, but we have decided to charge for returns to avoid excessive returns and thus reduce transport and environmental impacts. Free returns are offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or different item from what is published on our website has been delivered. Feel free to contact our customer service team by sending an email to support@tradeinn.com if you have any concerns or comments. Thanks and best regards

I still think your returns policy favours you and not the customer, I haven,t got a printer at home so it would make it difficult to return items. Making returns difficult for a customer .will loose you customers.
